I have an open support ticket about this, but figured I might as well post something here in case someone recognizes the issue.
I'm running a trial of SecretServer and trying to get the remote agents feature to work, but with limited success. I can install the agents on the remote machines and then activate them on the server, but whenever I try to retrieve the agent logs or do anything with the secrets associated with the agents I get an error on the top of the webpage that says:
"Exception on Agent, Check the Agent log or Agent Computer's Event Log for details."
If I check the application event log on the reomte machine I find a corresponding event with this data:
Error in Call Method. Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I've tried installing SecretServer on machines in our domain as well as outside of it, and with agents on several different computers in different networks/domains, all with the exact same problem. I'm installing SecretServer in accordance with the official documentation.
Has anyone seen this before?
