I have a user ID that is not able to log in. the user was a company employee 6 months ago and is now consulting here. the users old account is causing a problem with the new on. Can someone tell me how to purge the old user accounts?
I'm told the new version has a fix for this, does anyone know if there is a patch that does not require the entire app to be upgraded? or anything else you have on this.
